A - We have found that hardening your sand dollars makes them 40% to 60% harder than Mother Nature while making the surface much better to write on. 

Q - Is there a minimum order amount?
A - No, there is no minimum order amount because we realize that samples are often needed to find the type and size suited for your needs.

Q - Will my sand dollars arrive broken?
A - Possibly, but not likely. We very seldom have items arrive broken. If you have broken sand dollars arrive just email us to get them replaced at no charge. All replacements will be shipped First Class Mail unless you pay for expedited shipping.

Q - Are my items in stock?
A - If your items are out of stock you will not be able to order them because the order button will be grayed out.

Q - How much is shipping?
A - You can find your shipping cost by putting your items in the cart, enter your zip code, then choose the type of shipping you want. After that just hit the "apply" button.

A - We ship immediately, usually the same day depending on how late in the day your order is received.

A - Sorry but we no longer ship outside the USA but we do ship to US territories. Must have a US zip code for us to ship to you.

Q - What if I need to return an item?
A - No problem, just call ahead of time so we can add an explanation to your order. If a mistake was made on our end there will not be a restocking fee and we will reimburse you for the return shipping. No restocking fees will be added for exchanges of a different type or size but you pay the return postage for exchanges. A 15% restocking fee may apply for reasons other than above.
