The 4" basket is 4" across the top and 1-1/2" tall but the overall height including the shells is 2-1/2" tall and includes a small Philippine starfish, the starfish pictured is red but sometimes they come in different colors. The seashells also vary but they always include a nice assortment arranged to look nice. Most of the shells average from 1 to 2 inches.
