Q - Do sand dollars need to be hardened?
A - No. When processed correctly (like ours) they do not need to be hardened unless you are using some of the smaller ones for jewelry which then I would suggest using polyurethane or lacquer. Most sand dollar hardener on the market is 50% water and 50% white school glue and when brushed on it dries clear.
Q - Is there a minimum order amount?
A - No, there is no minimum order amount because we realize that samples are often needed to find the type and size suited for your needs.
Q - Will my sand dollars arrive broken?
A - Possibly, but not likely. We very seldom have items arrive broken. If you have broken sand dollars arrive just email us to get them replaced at no charge.
Q - Are my items in stock?
A - If your items are out of stock you will not be able to order them because the order button will be grayed out.
Q - How much is shipping?
A - You can find your shipping cost by putting your items in the cart, enter your zip code, then choose the type of shipping you want. After that just hit the "apply" button.

A - We ship immediately, usually the same day depending on how late in the day your order is received.
Q - How will I know that my order has been received by your ordering system?
A - You will receive an email immediately after you place your order confirming that we have received it.

A - No, we use your information for order processing only.
Q - What if I need to return an item?
A - No problem, just call ahead of time so we can add an explanation to your order. If a mistake was made on our end there will not be a restocking fee and we will reimburse you for the return shipping. No restocking fees will be added for exchanges of a different type or size but you pay the return postage for exchanges. A 15% restocking fee may apply for reasons other than above.
