A Unique Project Using Craft Shells

The best craft shells for this project are ones that are flat on the inside, so that a picture can fit inside them. You don’t have to have a lot of time to do this project, either. Supplies you’ll need:
Craft shells
Shiny silver nail polish
Glue stick
Small photos
Scissors

Take the appropriate craft shells and paint the entire outside with the silver nail polish. The silver looks beautiful on the surface of the craft shells! If you don’t think that one coat is solid enough, feel free to add a second coat of polish to the craft shells.

Find a photo that will fit inside the craft shells. If the photo is too large to fit, cut it down to size. You’ll likely find that the best shape to work with is round—so you should cut your photo into a round shape. Using the glue stick, attach the photo to the inside of one of the craft shells. Give the glue some time to dry, and you have a gorgeous craft shells project.

You can try using different types of nail polish to see what looks best. You might consider using a clear polish to give the craft shells a simple, shiny finish.
